Earring Returns Policy

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

If your earrings arrive faulty, damaged or defective, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
